Job Title: Talent & Performance Lead
Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 + up to 10% bonus + Bens
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home
We are recruiting a Talent & Development Lead who will report into our Head of Talent. The Talent & Performance Lead is responsible for leading the annual talent and performance cycle in Support Centre (Head Office) and Operations across the UK and Germany. The purpose of the role is to build high performing teams by delivering simple and effective processes that develop meaningful insights and drive tangible actions.
Your remit would span our entire business from salaried team in our hotels and restaurants right through to senior executives, leveraging our new Dayforce HR platform, performance framework and talent cycle to give our teams the opportunity to grow, develop and be their best. No barriers to entry, no limits to ambition.
The key skills which we’d be looking for will be strong project management skills as the team work to an annual plan with key markers throughout the year. We will also need strong data analysis skills which would include intermediate excel skills. Stakeholder engagement will also be very important as you’ll be working very closely with our HR Business Partners, Learning & Development team, Insights and Resourcing teams.
