Job Title: Digital Learning Coordinator
Salary: £TBC + up to 10% bonus + Private Healthcare + bens
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home
We are recruiting a Digital Learning Coordinator role which will sit within our Capability & Skills Team. The role will report to our Digital Learning Manger who is responsible for our Digital Learning proposition. The Digital Learning Coordinator will be responsible for looking after the running and maintenance of our Digital Learning Platform. This isn’t a role whereby you are creating content but making sure our learning platform is optimised and is running properly so that all courses and learning opportunities are available online for our employees to experience.
Whilst having learning management system knowledge is preferable, having knowledge of using and maintaining digital platforms in any team or department would be fine.
The skills and experiences that we feel would be useful for this role are; being able to investigate and resolve issues with a digital platform, (for example investigating why a course is not working) having strong attention to detail, prioritisation knowledge, coordination experience and some stakeholder management.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working with technology, has a curious nature who likes to solve issues, as well as being comfortable working with information and data. If you don’t have learning systems knowledge but have transferable skills and experiences, this is a great role for someone keen to work in an HR team.
